Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Payment
Payments must be completed via the methods available on checkout (e.g., cards, bank transfers, mobile wallet). All prices are in PKR, inclusive of applicable taxes.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times and charges will be calculated at checkout. Delivery is typically within the timeframe shown but may vary due to couriers or public holidays. 

Returns & Exchanges
Returns must meet our criteria (unused, original packaging, tags intact) within the specified time. See our Return/Refund Policy below for details.
